RETURN POLICY
West Texas Western Store will credit/exchange for merchandise received
in our store within 30 Days of the order ship date. that is not a:
- Sale Item
- Special Order Item
Shipping is not credited for returns or exchanges unless it is our error.
Store Credit Only for item(s) received in our store after 30 days of the order ship date
Merchandise must have tags still attached and item(s) may not be
used or
worn.
If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address or customer changes address at time of delivery
you will be charged the cost of the refusal or rerouting fee our store is charged by UPS.
Please proofread your order before finalizing.
OPEN CROWN HATS
Open Crown hats are hats with crowns that are round and have not been precreased!
See an example of an open crown hat under our American Hat link.
No returns or exchanges on open crown hats that have been creased or if customer has tried to crease it.
If you are unsure of size and fit on open crown hats please call us ahead of time at 1-800-562-4287.

Please include receipt and reason for return. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and should be insured via the carrier of your choice to arrive back to Westernhats.com.
If you would like us to email you a UPS Return Label, please contact us by phone at 1-800-562-4287 or email wtws@westernhats.com.
It is recommended on hat orders to request a UPS Return Label due to size of hat box.
UPS is cheaper to return to a business than a residence.
Postal Priority is not recommended on hat returns.
U.S. Postal considers the hat box an oversized box.
It is not recommended to ship Parcel Post without insuring.
If Parcel Post is not insured it will be your responsibility for any damage or lost package.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
West Texas Western Store uses UPS (United Parcel Service) to ship domestic orders.
UPS 2nd Day & Next Day Air on request only.
On request we will ship orders U.S. Postal.
West Texas Western Store charges a small handling fee for postal shipments.
U.S. Postal and UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air ship request can be emailed to West Texas Western Store
International Orders
Due to restrictions at our major credit card verification center, West Texas Western Store is unable to accept International credit cards issued outside of the United States.
West Texas Western Store uses U.S. Postal to ship International orders.
U.S. Postal bases their shipping prices on weight of item, insurance and destination.
Postal shipments are mailed Express or Priority Mail - whichever is cheaper for our customers.
PAYMENT
International orders can be made with a International Money Order (payable in US Dollars) or American Express Travelers Check. We will contact you by email with final invoice total. Shipment will be sent when we receive your payment.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
Shipping for deliveries outside of the United States will be based on the weight, destination, and insurance of the parcel. We will contact you by email with a final shipping cost.
CUSTOM CHARGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not responsible for Custom Charges. Custom charges are your responsibility.
RESTRICTIONS
Due to regulations and policies beyond our control, West Texas Western Store is unable to sell any Levi's products Internationally. We are very sorry to have missed your business on Levi's.
