SHIPPING, ORDER & RETURN INFORMATION for Western Hats.com

West Texas Western Store/Westernhats.com  will credit/exchange for merchandise received in our store within 30 Days of the order ship date. that is not a:

  1. Sale Item
  2. Special Order Item


Shipping is not credited for returns or exchanges unless it is our error.
Store Credit Only for item(s) received in our store after 30 days of the order ship date
Merchandise must have tags still attached and item(s) may not be used or worn.
 

No Two Heads Are Shaped The Same
As with all manufactured goods there is some variance in hat sizes with different hat manufacturers and hat styles and hair styles.

Important Information About Returns & Fees

We cannot guarantee the hat you ordered will fit and will not credit shipping cost if the hat is returned.

*  If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address or customer changes address at time of delivery
you will be charged the cost of the refusal/rerouting fee plus the return freight.

Refusal Fee-$12.00

Return Freight-The cost of freight you paid at time of order.

OPEN CROWN HATS & RECREASING
Open Crown hats are hats with crowns that are round and have not been precreased!
See an example of an open crown hat under American Hats.

*  No returns or exchanges on open crown hats that have been creased by us or you the customer.
*  No returns or exchanges on a hat that you have creased or recreased yourself.

Returns/Exhanges  must be shipped with prepaid freight and must be insured via the carrier of your choice to arrive back to Westernhats.com in good condition.

Keep your tracking information for your protection in case package is lost.

If customer ships via carrier of their chosse and package is lost, the customer is responsible to file a claim.

If you ordered a hat from us and need to return or exchange the hat please ship the hat back in the hat box and inserts the hat was shipped in to prevent damages.

If package is not insured and comes back to us damaged we have the right to refuse the package and the customer is responsible for any charges.

Depending on your local post office Priority Mail may have an oversized box charge
Do not ship Parcel post without insurance.


If Parcel Post is not insured it will be your responsibility for any damage or lost package.

It is recommended on hat orders to request a return label due to size of hat box. Insurance is included.
